Upon returning from the pump detail, West Hazleton Fire, Hazle Twp Fire, Apts M-11 and West Hazleton EMS were dispatched for the kitchen fire at 24 Susquehanna Blvd. 

E241, E242, L244, R245 responded from Bemis.  Hazle Twp. Tw 107 and E103 went enroute. Hazle Chief 102 arrived with light smoke in the residence.  E241 arrived and had the hydrant at Susquehanna and Harvey.  L244 set up one PPV fan and ventilated. Chief 241 had command.

Hazle Chief 102 tossed the burnt food out the back door prior to ventilation.  All units staged on Susquehanna Blvd. Chief 241 placed all Hazle units available.  West Hazleton units operated for approx. 20 mins.
