Around 14:00 hrs West Hazleton Fire was dispatched for the mvc at 17th and Putnam St.  Engine Co. 242 responded with 6 volunteers and arrived to find 2 cars that collided at the intersection. Both cars had front end damage.  1 pt. was removed from a vehicle and placed in the care of West Hazleton EMS. 

About two hours later Engine Co. 242 handled another vehicle collision at North Broad and Adams.  No injuries at this mvc just debris in the roadway.
